The Bayard Police Department has been proudly serving since 1938, and continues with a tradition of service.

The Mission of the City of Bayard Police Department  is to create , foster, and nurture a relationship based  on a foundation of trust and confidence with the community we proudly serve.  To accomplish this we are dedicated to providing a high level of professional public safety service  guided by integrity, ethical conduct, compassion and team work.  We are committed to working inclusively with our community and beyond to address and enhance the quality of life for all our resident’s and provide a safe environment to all.
