Fire/EMS Department

The Bayard Public Safety building was constructed in July 2000.  The project was funded with by the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program.  The Bayard Fire and EMS Departments have purchased all emergency use vehicles utilizing funding provided by the New Mexico Finance Association through loans and grant/loan combinations.
