LEGAL NOTICE

A Town Hall meeting will be conducted by NM Representative Luis Terrazas on Thursday, September 9, 2021 at 5:30 p.m. at the Bayard Community Center.  Members of the governing bodies for the City of Bayard, Town of Hurley and Village of Santa Clara may be present creating a quorum.  No decisions will be made by any of the governing bodies during the Town Hall meeting.
