Utility Payments

Welcome to the City Bayard’s online payment website for water utility billing. This service allows customers to view account detail, transaction history, address, account, and consumption information.  Users must register your account to view these transactions or you may make a one-time electronic payment.

We currently accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover payments from the water account holder only.  Electronic checks are not accepted.  Processing fee is $2.95 or 3% per transaction.

Pay a water bill

Before you start, you will need the following information:

• Your four digit account number (000*, 00**, 0***, or ****).  Account numbers must have the coordinating zero’s (0) for a total of four (4) digits.
• Credit card or debit card payment information

1. Automatic bank draft (with savings or checking account set-up in person at city hall) - free
2. By mail (return left portion of utility bill with check or money order) - free
3. In person at Bayard City Hall

Due Dates:

All utility service must be paid by the 15th day of the month.  Accounts will be assessed a 10% penalty beginning on the 16th.

To avoid service disconnection, accounts must be paid by the last business day of each month.  Accounts will be assessed a $40 administrative fee at 8 a.m.
